Although Richard lives in Ireland he coaches worldwide through the Internet. Coaching is about talking to people, helping them see the wood from the trees, clearing away the fog, hearing what others are saying. Richard can help clear these obstacles and get you moving in the right direction.
Richard can coach via Instant Messaging, Email, phone coaching and face to face coaching.
The coaching session always follows the clients agenda, not the coaches. I will work on what you want to solve. Expert coaches do not offer advice, as only you have the answers. I will question you to help you find those responses.
Change can happen within one session, although it is advisable to have at least three to six sessions.
